Land Subdivision and Amalgamation

Land subdivision splits one parcel into multiple titled plots; amalgamation combines multiple parcels into one. Axis Geo-System Consultants handles the full survey and processing workflow for both, in compliance with Kenyan land laws and county planning requirements.

What It Involves

For subdivisions, we prepare a scheme plan showing the proposed new plots, obtain the necessary planning approvals, and carry out the survey to place and certify new beacons for each resulting parcel. For amalgamations, we combine the boundaries of adjoining parcels into a single certified parcel. Both processes end with lodgement at the relevant land registry for new title issuance.
